Week of Respect – Additionally, the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (P.L.2010, c.122) requires that the week beginning with the first Monday in October (5th – 9th ) of each year be designated as a “Week of Respect” in New Jersey. Please visit the website below for more information.

Please consider joining out PTSA (Parent/Teacher/Student Association). Parents are encouraged to continue to partner in your child’s education. We are looking forward to a fantastic year!

Finally, Hillside High School will celebrate Respect/Spirit Week October 5th – 9th  with the following fun filled activities:

Monday, October 5:        Friendship Day – Take a picture with your best friend

Tuesday, October 6:       Twinning Tuesday – You and your friend dress as twins. Take a picture.

Wednesday, October 7:  Wacky Wednesday – Wear something appropriate but wild. Take a picture.

Thursday, October 8:      Throwback Thursday – Old school clothes from “Back in the Day” – 60’s, 70’s, 80’s

 Friday, October 9:          Sports Team/School Spirit Day -  Wear your Hillside sports attire/favorite professional

                                        team attire. Take a picture.

 

All pictures should be shared with Ms. Mullins (mmullins@hillsidek12.org)

 

Red Ribbon Week – A Hillside tradition for many years will be observed from October 23rd  - 31st .  Activities and drug prevention messages will be shared in each homeroom period.
